MARMMO keeps a customer database composed only of the personal data provided by the data subject at the time of registration.

The personal data we use varies according to the product and/or service we are offering, and only to the extent strictly necessary. In that context, some personal data are collected, namely: identification data (name); contact data (telephone/mobile and email).

MARMMO may at any time adjust or amend this Privacy Policy. Such changes will be duly published at the company headquarters and on this website.

Under the law, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint concerning personal-data protection with the competent supervisory authority, the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD) www.cnpd.pt.
